For the Third term of MIARD we were asked to investigate on consumption.

I focus my research on the transportation and the use of public spaces. We developed our own speculative world and we try to design a new system/furniture/experience linked to consumption.

 

For my project I focused on agriculture (focus on wheat production): what if the cities of the future will reintroduce the food production chain inside the urban spaces? What if we can learn and manage the production of our own food?

Per il terzo trimestre presso MIARD ci è stato chiesto di indagare sul tema del consumismo. Ho focalizzato la mia ricerca sul trasporto e l'uso degli spazi pubblici. Ognuno di noi studenti ha sviluppato il proprio mondo speculativo provando a progettare un nuovo sistema / arredamento / esperienza legato al consumo.

 

Per il mio progetto prendo in considerazione l'agricoltura, in particolare la produzione di grano: cosa succede se le città del futuro reintroducessero la produzione di cibo all'interno degli spazi urbani? Cosa succede se fossimo in grado di imparare e controllare la produzione per il nostro fabbisogno?
